Facebook Giveaway Terms

1. Promoter and campaign rules

The promoter is Ehaan Lifestyle. These general terms apply to Ehaan Lifestyle giveaways announced on its official Facebook Page. Each campaign post may provide additional dates, eligibility requirements, entry instructions, winner count, claim deadline, and prize details. Those campaign-specific rules form part of these terms and take priority if they clearly conflict with a general provision here.

2. Eligibility and entry

• No purchase or payment is required unless the campaign post lawfully and clearly states otherwise.
• Entrants must satisfy the age, residency, timing, and other requirements stated in the campaign post and must be legally permitted to enter.
• Entry is made by following the instructions in the relevant Facebook post before its stated closing time.
• Unless the campaign post expressly says otherwise, each identifiable Facebook person receives one entry. Multiple or duplicate comments from the same person do not increase that person's chance of winning.
• Automated, fraudulent, abusive, deleted, hidden, late, unverifiable, or otherwise non-compliant entries may be excluded.

3. Winner selection

Eligible participants are deduplicated and placed into a final snapshot. The stated number of winners is selected randomly using the service's auditable cryptographic draw process. A completed draw is not silently rerun, and one participant cannot occupy multiple winner positions in the same draw.

Selection depends on information lawfully available through Facebook and the official Meta Graph API. Missing, restricted, deleted, or unavailable information may prevent an entry from being verified.

4. Notification, verification, and prizes

Results may be announced on the Ehaan Lifestyle Facebook Page and this website. A selected winner must respond and complete any secure verification or claim form by the deadline communicated for the campaign. Ehaan Lifestyle will not ask for a Facebook password, access token, payment PIN, or advance fee to release a genuine giveaway prize.

A winner may be disqualified if they are ineligible, cannot be verified, fail to respond by the deadline, breach the rules, or provide false information. Where reserves were selected, the next unused reserve may be promoted without rerunning the original draw. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless Ehaan Lifestyle expressly agrees or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Fair operation and changes

Ehaan Lifestyle may take reasonable steps to investigate abuse, correct an obvious administrative error, or pause, cancel, or modify a campaign where fraud, platform failure, security incident, legal requirement, or another event outside reasonable control makes fair operation impossible. Any material decision will be documented and communicated appropriately; completed draw evidence will not be overwritten.

6. Privacy

Giveaway and winner information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Public results never include delivery addresses, phone numbers, access tokens, or private claim details.
